Partners in Crime - Operation Domination

Set within the city now known as "Rottenheim", which is overrun with villainous activity after being abandoned by it's resident superheroes, the Mastermind is the top villain of the town. But he's looking to expand his empire to the whole planet, and to do so he must rely on his newfound army! ...And by "army" we mean three minions whose qualifications for this job are questionable at best.

This comic is meant to serve as a pilot to a new era for this project I've been developing behind the scenes for some time now. Many thanks to all who check it out! (Apologies if the quality got crunchy in the PDF, though)
